Terms and conditions of sale
1. Scope and seller
These general terms and conditions of sale (terms) apply to all orders placed on idealpc.ch. The seller is IdealPC Sàrl (UID CHE-229.148.736), Rue des Charmettes 67, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland –
2. Products
The products sold are downloadable software extensions (Joomla extensions and elements for YOOtheme Pro). Their features and requirements (Joomla, YOOtheme Pro and PHP versions) are described on each product page. An online demo is available. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check compatibility with their site before purchase.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). IdealPC Sàrl is not registered for Swiss VAT: the amounts shown are final prices. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Order process
- The buyer adds one or more extensions to the cart.
- They check the cart and can change it or remove an item at any time.
- They log in to their account or create one, then enter or correct their billing address.
- They choose the payment method and accept these terms.
- They confirm the order and pay on Stripe’s secure page.
Until payment, the buyer can go back to correct any input error. The contract is concluded as soon as payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is then sent immediately by e-mail, together with the licence key.
5. Payment
Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard and other accepted cards) through the payment provider Stripe. IdealPC never has access to card data. Unpaid orders are not processed.
6. Delivery
The files are available immediately after payment is confirmed, from the My licences page of your account and through the link received by e-mail.
7. Licence, key and updates
The extensions are distributed under the GNU GPL licence. Each purchase includes a personal licence key giving access, for 12 months from purchase, to new versions (directly in Joomla, via System › Update) and to e-mail support for installation and use. The key is personal: it must not be published or passed on to third parties.
When it expires, the extension keeps working with no time limit; only access to new versions and support end. They can be renewed with a new purchase. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding licence and access to updates are withdrawn.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases. As these are digital contents delivered immediately, purchases are in principle neither taken back nor refunded. If an extension does not work on your site even though the requirements are met and we cannot solve the problem, contact us within 14 days of purchase: a refund may be granted.
9. Warranty and liability
The extensions are developed with care and tested on the versions indicated. IdealPC fixes reported defects as quickly as possible during the update period. To the extent permitted by law, any liability for indirect damage, loss of profit and loss of data is excluded. A backup of the site is recommended before any installation or update.
10. Data protection
The data provided with the order are used to process it, for delivery, licence management, invoicing and support. Details are given in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to the terms
IdealPC may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Neuchâtel, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law, in particular in favour of consumers.
