1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If an extension bought on idealpc.ch does not suit you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
2. How to request a refund
- Purchases paid via Paddle (card, PayPal, etc.): our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Submit your request at paddle.net (using the email address used for the purchase) or email us at

3. Timing and method
Refunds are made to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for purchases on invoice), normally within 14 days of the request being accepted.
4. Effect of a refund
After a refund, the corresponding licence key is deactivated: access to downloads, updates and support for that extension ends.
5. Abuse
A request may be refused in case of fraud or obvious abuse (for example repeated purchases and refunds of the same extension).
6. Statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under applicable law, in particular as a consumer.
